Sacrifice and reconnection are the goals here.
No more snide or sarcastic comments.
Swearing is unacceptable.
Social networking is out of the question.
Random act of kindness for a daily goal.
Good vibes.
More time devoted to prayer and meditation.
Never said it has to end in 40 days. Just building better habits to reconnect with myself and the moral aspects behind my faith.

A hill workout at Garin and a 90 minute run for my first two workouts coming back after about periodic two week hiatus.
I guess there’s no more “easing into workouts” for me anymore. Lol.

Penguin Suits
Yeah I got to wear one today.
